When am I charged, and how much?
£4.99 once for five photos and a 23-second reel, or £8.99 for eight photos and a 36-second one — the full amount is shown before you pay. Five photos are £4.49 if you keep our small corner watermark. Nothing is charged before you press pay, and there is no second charge.
Which files can I upload, how long does it take, and where do you sell?
JPG, PNG, WebP, HEIC or AVIF, up to 15 MB each. Your reel and its clips are usually ready in minutes. We sell worldwide, in 7 languages, priced in your market’s currency.
Which photos work best?
Sharp photos with one clear subject and visible space around them work best. Landscape and portrait both work.
Will you change the people in my photos?
We tell the model to preserve people, clothing and the scene. Generative video can still vary small details, so every clip is checked before it goes into your reel.
What if a clip fails your checks?
We automatically retry it. If we still cannot deliver a usable clip, we will contact you with a credit or refund option.
How do I receive my files?
Your private job page has the reel, every clip it was cut from and a ZIP download. We also send one result email. Files are deleted after 72 hours.
Can I use the clips commercially?
Yes, if you own the source photo and have permission from people and brands shown. You remain responsible for those rights.
